FEES

There will be no fee for an initial telephone conversation. If you chose to proceed after this call we will schedule an initial assessment session and discuss fees.


Assessment sessions are designed to discuss your difficulties, goals for treatment, treatment plan as well as provide you with an opportunity to ask further questions about therapy. Assessment sessions are generally longer than therapy sessions and this will be reflected in the fee. 


Following the assessment, you are under no obligation to begin treatment with me and should you wish, I can also recommend other therapists or services for you to access. Should you choose to commence treatment we would schedule in further appointments. These appointments will last approximately 50 or 90 minutes depending on the therapy and your specific needs.

I can consider hardship and concessions with evidence of need.

PAYMENT OF FEES

Payment is taken either prior to the appointment or at the end of each appointment by bank transfer, cash or invoice to your insurance company, if I am registered with your provider.

If you are using health insurance, please check cover with your insurance company before booking your appointment. Most major insurance companies are accepted.

Together we will regularly review whether you are finding the sessions helpful. In the rare event that they are not deemed to be useful, we can agree to terminate the agreed course of treatment early. In this instance, no further fees are payable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full charge will be made for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice since I will be unable to use this time for another client.
